HFM and ZJXS jointly launch Japanese style magaine in China  -  August 16, 2004
Hachette Filipacchi Médias (HFM), the publisher of ELLE, the world’s largest consumer magazine publisher, announced its latest partnership with Xuan Se Publishing House of Zhejiang province by launching the group’s first Japanese style magazine XUAN SE in China.

Specifically targeting today’s young yet fashion conscious office ladies aged between 22-28, the magazine is to offer practical ”how-to” as well as to enrich women’s lives by giving them an expanded range of resources to reply on, and in the process, guiding them to the joy of self-improvement. Supported by the editorial resources of Hachette Fujingaho Group, the direct subsidiary of HFM in Japan, XUAN SE aims to inspire its readers with a service-oriented yet visually impactful editorial approach.

The magazine will to be launched officially on the 20th of August nationwide with an initial print run of 250,000 copies. The cover price is RMB 16.
