| Psychologies magazine in China - June 12, 2006 |

 | On 12th June 2006, CSPC will launch XIN LI YUE KAN, which corresponds to the Chinese translation of "Psychologies magazine". This is a completely original concept in China for an upscale women's magazine targeting urban and active women seeking ideas and topics to help them feel "better in their life". For its first issue, the magazine's cover page features Sophie Marceau, the most famous French woman in China and presents subjects as varied as blogs, sex, couples and personal behaviour. "We believe that it is useful to help Chinese women seek personal development in a booming modern society. Like many Western women, Chinese women have an intense professional and family life and are looking for the right balance between their desire for independence, determination to succeed in their relationships and be part of the tremendous development of their country" explains Tu Xiao Dong, the magazine's editor-in-chief.
1 million copies of the first issue of XIN LI YUE KAN will be circulated together with ELLE, Marie Claire and Woman's Day.
Its sales price is 20 Yuan, i.e. €.2
Advertising sales will be managed by Beijing Hachette Advertising (BHACL), of which HFM is the majority shareholder. "We believe that this magazine is an excellent advertising medium for advertisers looking for a very high quality target with strong purchasing power", states Cao Weiming, Managing Director of BHACL.
